Then Sings My Soul, a review

I love to sing. It is more of a joyful noise to most but that is pleasing to my Father and that’s enough for me! I requested and received this book from BookSneeze book bloggers. It has some of my favorite and all time memorable hymns; Christmas, Easter and other all time favorites. It includes about 5 Patriotic “hymns”, mind you I do not include these as hymns nor should they be sung at church. But I enjoyed the history behind the songs. This includes the hymns  and the history in one spread. Perfect for reading one a day. This is the 4th book by author Robert J. Morgan, I have seen the others but never read them so I assume this one is a contemplation of the first 3.

I highly recommend this book to music lovers, history lovers and anyone that enjoys church history. It is easy to read and would great to share with those who love to sing!

Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this book free from the publisher through the BookSneeze.com <http://BookSneeze.com> book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
